Notice for consumers under § 355 BGB and § 312g BGB
This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) who conclude a distance contract with TWGA GmbH (business division TWGA Consulting) that is subject to a right of withdrawal. For engagements with businesses (§ 14 BGB), no right of withdrawal exists.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw. For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you have requested that services should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for services
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the provision of services if we have fully performed the service and only began performing the service after you gave your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.

Submitting the property data form does not by itself constitute a contract. A contract is only formed once an individual offer has been made by TWGA and expressly accepted in writing by you. The withdrawal period begins with the conclusion of the contract, not with the submission of the form.
