When our website is accessed, general information is automatically collected by our hosting provider (server log files). This includes the type of web browser, operating system used, domain name of the internet service provider, IP address (anonymised after 7 days) and similar data. No personal evaluation takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in stable operation and IT security).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Vercel processes log files and access data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement. If you contact us by contact form, email or telephone, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR for enquiries relating to pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data will be deleted once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.

5. Mandate briefing form

When a mandate briefing is submitted via the form on this website, the data entered is stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and coordinating the mandate, and is forwarded to the relevant expert from the partner network or to GP Value GmbH. Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Retention period: until conclusion of the mandate plus statutory retention periods (generally 10 years pursuant to § 147 AO (German Tax Code), § 257 HGB (German Commercial Code)).

6. Remaining useful life calculator

Inputs in the remaining useful life calculator are processed exclusively in the user's browser and are not transmitted to our servers. No storage takes place on our side.

For appointment scheduling we use the service Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA). When you click on a Calendly link, you are redirected to the Calendly platform.
