TWGA GmbH, business division TWGA Consulting, is a consultancy and intermediary company. It coordinates valuation mandates and refers these to experts from a DACH-wide partner network. TWGA GmbH does not itself prepare open market value appraisals, mortgage lending value appraisals or other expert appraisals.
Appraisals are prepared by the respective commissioned experts or by commissioned service providers (in particular GP Value GmbH), each holding their own professional indemnity and financial loss liability insurance. Qualifications such as public appointment and sworn status, certification to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 or HypZert certification refer to the experts in the partner network, not to TWGA GmbH or its managing director personally.
No specific supervisory authority exists for the activity of intermediating and coordinating expert mandates.
The experts commissioned in connection with the intermediated mandates, as well as GP Value GmbH, each maintain their own professional indemnity and financial loss liability insurance, with territorial scope in accordance with expert liability law.
